Job Summary:

• Seeking a Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Data Warehousing, Cloud Technologies, Snowflake, and extensive healthcare domain experience, especially in Payer and Provider systems.
• This role combines technical leadership, solution design, and hands-on skills to develop scalable, compliant data architectures for enterprise healthcare solutions.
• Experience with IBM data warehousing technologies, including IBM Netezza Performance Server (NPS), DataStage, and Workload Scheduler (IWS), is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions using Snowflake and IBM Netezza for healthcare data processing and analytics.
• Develop secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant cloud architectures.
• Establish best practices, frameworks, and governance for healthcare data integration, interoperability, and analytics.
• Architect solutions for payer and provider data management, including claims processing, eligibility, risk adjustment, and quality reporting.

Healthcare Data & Cloud Technologies Expertise:

• Deep understanding of payer-provider ecosystems, including claims, billing, member enrollment, and EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, etc.).
• Design and optimize large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines using IBM DataStage and Snowflake.
• Implement FHIR, HL7, EDI, HIPAA, and SOC2-compliant data architectures.
• Expertise in Snowflake features like Snowpipe, Streams, Data Sharing, and Cloning.
• Experience with cloud migration strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and performance tuning of healthcare data platforms.
• Experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) for automating healthcare data workflows.
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, and strategic planning for healthcare data ecosystems.
• Mentor junior architects, engineers, and data professionals in healthcare data management best practices.

Onsite Client Engagement:

• Engage with healthcare clients, payers, providers, and IT teams. Act as a trusted advisor on value-based care, population health analytics, and data modernization.
• Facilitate communication between business, compliance, and technical teams.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certifications are a plus.

Skills:

Mandatory skills:

• 10+ years in Data Architecture, Cloud Technologies, and Solution Design.
• Expertise in Snowflake and IBM Netezza, including performance tuning and security in healthcare data.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage and IWS for ETL and automation.
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare data models, regulations (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, ONC), SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
• Experience with healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, and reporting.
• Understanding of value-based care, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and quality metrics.

Good to have skills:

• Snowflake Architect Certification.
• Experience with FHIR, HL7, EDI, and interoperability solutions.
• Knowledge of IBM Netezza, DataStage, and IWS in healthcare environments.
• Experience with real-time data streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Databricks).
• Experience in AI/ML healthcare analytics.
