Koch is seeking a Solutions Architect for the MADICS team, located in Plano, TX. You will shape enterprise services, leveraging broad architectural expertise across networking, compute, identity, and datacenter technologies to serve as a trusted partner to business and technical teams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define solutions with enterprise architects, and drive digital transformation across Koch businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Experience in multiple technical domains (network, server, storage, endpoint, identity).
• Experience leading teams delivering complex solutions across domains.
• Experience partnering with project managers to define scope, estimates, and timelines.
• Experience collaborating on global projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect innovative solutions delivering business outcomes across multiple technical domains.
• Collaborate with project managers and business IT stakeholders to understand problems and develop plans.
• Manage relationships, escalations, proposals, and due diligence with business partners on MADICS projects.
• Work on tight timelines to meet delivery dates.
• Encourage curiosity and use experimental discovery to test ideas.
• Publish reference architectures, frameworks, and patterns in the MADICS repository.
• Mentor peers and support their growth within Koch Technologies.
• Strengthen knowledge network across Koch Technologies and operating companies.
• Help define and implement the MADICS strategy.
• Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation.
• Be a technical point of contact for blockers faced by PMs and SMEs.
