Job summary

Koch is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to provide security guidance across MADICS initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integration, site closures, and related efforts. You will identify and manage security risks early while ensuring Koch's security expectations are embedded throughout the transaction lifecycle.

This role balances fast-paced transaction work with longer-term security strategy and architecture development.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple security domains (identity, network, endpoint, cloud, M365, data protection)
• Ability translate technical findings into business terms for non-security stakeholders
• Experience partnering with project managers to document risks and plans
• Experience in a multi-cultural/global project environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as cybersecurity point of contact for blockers on MADICS projects
• Lead due diligence and risk assessment for acquisitions/divestitures/integration
• Architect security for integrations, carve-outs, site builds/closures (identity, network, cloud, data protection)
• Collaborate with project managers and IT stakeholders to define secure business solutions
• Deliver pragmatic security decisions under tight timelines
• Develop cybersecurity viewpoints, reference architectures, and reusable patterns
• Consult with Koch operating companies on cybersecurity needs
• Support Koch Technology teams with security architecture guidance
• Strengthen knowledge network across Koch Technologies and operating companies
