Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking a Solutions Architect for the MADICS team to shape enterprise-wide services delivery and integration. You will leverage broad architectural expertise across networking, compute, identity, M365, endpoint, and datacenter tech to partner with business and technical teams and drive value.

You will join a global team, mentor colleagues, and lead complex MADICS initiatives with a focus on timely, outcome-driven results and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated architecture or senior engineering background across multiple tech domains.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex solutions globally.
• Experience partnering with PMs and business IT for scope, estimates, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect innovative MADICS solutions delivering business outcomes across domains.
• Collaborate with PMs and business IT to understand problems and plan solutions.
• Manage relationships, escalations, and due diligence on MADICS projects.
• Work under tight timelines to meet defined delivery dates.
• Encourage curiosity and validate ideas through discovery.
• Publish reference architectures, frameworks, and patterns in the MADICS repository.
• Mentor peers and grow the knowledge network across Koch Technologies.
• Help define and implement the MADICS strategy and drive digital transformation.
• Be a technical contact for blockers faced by PMs and SMEs.
