Job summary

Sardine is seeking a seasoned Implementation/Integrations specialist to lead end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to design scalable solutions, own API/docs, and drive successful deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in integration roles, 3+ years in B2B SaaS, and strong SQL/JSON/API scripting skills, with a remote-first, global team mindset.

• Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis experience.
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI; able to write scripts for internal tooling.

About the Role:

As a member of the Integrations Team, you'll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment. This is a hands-on role working closely with clients and internal teams, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
• Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
• Analyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilities
• Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
• Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technology
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground

What you’ll need:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
• Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
