Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring in New York for a technical leader who engages private equity firms and portfolio companies to accelerate cloud adoption and generative AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with account solutions architects, BD, and professional services to migrate legacy apps and build AI-powered cloud-native solutions. The role demands deep experience across cloud, security, and IT architecture, with a track record of guiding high-level executives and engineers toward

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical member of the Business Development team to ensure customer success in building applications, services, and generative AI solutions on the AWS platform.
• Establish technical credibility in sales cycles and drive discussions with CTOs, CIOs, Chief Architects, Senior Developers, and others.
• Scope each customer engagement with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance on adopting generative AI and cost optimization through AWS pricing models.
• Collaborate with Private Equity firms and portfolio companies to ensure technical resources for successful AWS adoption.
• Build rapport with executives across PE firms and portfolio companies leveraging enterprise architecture and migration expertise.
• Support CEO/CTOs with AWS Platform briefings and generative AI roadmap discussions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for hands-on generative AI enablement.
