Job summary

Retool’s Solutions Architects help customers harness the full power of Retool, from Quickstart engagements to year‑long initiatives that scale hundreds of production apps. You will drive value by solving challenging technical problems and increasing velocity for building solutions with our platform.

This is a hands‑on role; you’ll build Retool applications, integrate our platform into customer stacks, and advise on end‑to‑end solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical, customer‑facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑stack development (SQL, JavaScript, APIs, Python).
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Exceptional technical communication skills translating requirements between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise and implement full‑stack solutions using Retool.
• Help partners deliver best‑in‑class services to scale impact of our product.
• Develop new service offerings based on customer/market need.
• Assist with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements.
• Be a thought partner to customers to build out complex internal tools for new teams.
• Assist with partner enablement and certification.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and knowledge base.
• Communicate effectively and guide customers through complex concepts.
