Solutions Architect - Financial AI

What You Will Do

• Design Cloud Architecture: Develop scalable, secure cloud systems using Azure, Kubernetes, and AI technologies for major financial institutions.
• Partner with Microsoft: Collaborate with the CTO to optimize the Microsoft partnership and feature the platform on Azure's Marketplace.
• Deploy Enterprise Solutions: Lead deployment and ongoing support of AI platforms for elite financial institutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Design robust security measures protecting sensitive financial data while meeting industry compliance standards.
• Build Client Relationships: Forge connections with customer leadership to ensure successful deployment and scaling of applications.
• Drive Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement in code quality, system performance, and development processes while mentoring peers.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4+ years of industry experience as a cloud engineer
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Deep understanding of Azure components and well-architected framework principles
• Ability to operate with high energy, context-switch effectively, and ruthlessly prioritize
• End-to-end problem ownership mindset
• Excellent communication skills with ability to shape fluid requirements

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of strongly typed languages (Java, Rust, Go)
• Experience with multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Financial services industry experience
• Familiarity with Datadog and other telemetry tooling
