We have a dynamic team of consultants and technologists dedicated to making our customers successful, but our needs are growing more sophisticated and technically complex. We aim to add more consultative and technical expertise to the Technology Consulting team to solve their most complex challenges through thought leadership and technical domain expertise.

To succeed, they depend on technologists who can advise them throughout their transformation journey.
The Solutions Architect, part of the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team, works across Box and with customers to define and build complex solutions. This high-impact, high-visibility role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting Box's technical and platform solutions. You will build and sustain customer and partner relationships, driving adoption of the Box product and platform. You will collaborate with sales and field teams to understand customer needs, envision future states, and help customers achieve them.
Daily tasks may include advising an enterprise on designing a custom document vault or migrating millions of files into Box, or integrating Box into a customer's CRM. Technical challenges are ever-present.
You are a technologist at heart, passionate about applying technology to solve complex problems. You enjoy being a trusted advisor and a change agent, collaborating with diverse teams for successful outcomes. You are curious, eager to learn, and love sharing knowledge. You are skilled at architecting technical solutions using Box configurations, APIs, SaaS technologies, and partner tools, with confidence presenting to executives and technical teams alike. You understand REST APIs and JSON, and can translate complex solutions into understandable parts.
You facilitate conversations that lead to solution architectures and strategies, handle technical questions during meetings, and develop project documentation, technical specifications, and business requirements. Ultimately, you are viewed as a trusted advisor whose goals align with customer business strategies, owning the development and delivery of custom solutions.
Box values community and in-person collaboration, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
