Job summary

Eon is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and implement our cloud backup solution for enterprise clients. You will drive technical discussions, coordinate with clients and engineering teams, and translate feedback into clear requirements.

Based in the United States, you’ll build trusted relationships, guide integration and deployment, and contribute to product roadmaps while traveling up to 30% for workshops and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) from a dev/ops perspective.
• Advanced technical skills; able to troubleshoot complex problems while designing custom solutions.
• Excellent communicator; able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup; collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel up to 30% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon; provide PoCs and guidance on integration and adoption.
• Partner with account executives to understand client requirements and configure Eon’s capabilities to meet their needs.
• Lead new client onboarding, mapping business needs, and designing Eon’s solution to solve problems.
• Advise on the best tracking implementation strategies and guide clients through the process.
• Create and share best practices with clients via sample code, blogs, presentations, white papers, and workshops.
• Travel occasionally for workshops, implementation support, and relationship building with clients.
• Gather client feedback, identify trends, and share insights to influence product roadmaps.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and client-oriented Solutions Architect with expertise in cloud infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and implement Eon’s cloud backup solution to meet the business goals of the companies we work with, while building strong, trusted relationships with them. You'll be responsible for driving technical discussions, working closely with both clients and development teams, identifying key gaps in our products and services, and translating feedback into clear business and technical requirements for our product and engineering teams.

• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon. Demonstrate how Eon can address their use cases through proofs of concept, providing technical guidance on integration, deployment, and best practices for adoption.
• Partner closely with account executives to understand client requirements and configure Eon’s capabilities to showcase how it meets their needs.
• Lead new client onboarding, mapping their business needs, and designing Eon’s solution to solve their problems.
• Advise on the best tracking implementation strategies and guide clients through the process.
