Job summary

ANM, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support account managers and customers with enterprise networks, security, data center and collaboration solutions. You will design, present, and deliver tailored deployments while aligning with project timelines.

Travel is occasional; strong communication, Cisco CCNP/CCIE preferred, and ability to own the conversation with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• CCNP or CCIE certification is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers and customers with technical expertise in Enterprise Networks, Security, Data Center and Collaboration.
• Build solutions that meet requirements including product and implementation services.
• Deliver and present solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with implementation and PMO teams for smooth project transitions.
• Develop relationships with customers as a trusted partner.
• Engage with OEMs and key partners to strengthen alliances.
• Demonstrate strong focus on R&S with wirelss, security & data centers.
• Prepare Statements of Work and professional services quotes.
• Support other Solution Architects and Systems Engineers as needed.
• Promote a team environment with a positive attitude.

Compensation for this position has been agreed upon and confirmed in your ANM offer of employment.

What You Will Do

• Support account managers and customers by providing technical expertise in at least one technology: Enterprise Networks, Security, Data Center and/or Collaboration.
• Use expertise and experience to build solutions that meet and/or exceed requirements that include product and implementation services.
• Deliver and present solutions to our customers.
• Work with the implementation and PMO teams to ensure a smooth project transition.
• Develop and foster relationships with customers to ensure ANM is viewed as their go-to strategic partner.
• Develop and foster relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other key partners
• Strong focus on R&S with a good understanding of wireless, security & data centers.
• Development of Statements of Work and professional services quotes.
• Support other Solution Architects and Systems Engineers as needed.
• Promote a team environment with a positive attitude.

What We Are Looking For

• Cisco Certification (CCNP or CCIE preferred).
• Five (5) years of implementation and design experience.
• Pre-sales engineering experience with a value-added reseller (VAR) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in other technologies (security, wireless, data networking, VMware, data center storage, cloud) is a huge plus.
• Strong documentation skills, including diagramming network topologies using Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and technical sales skills.
• Strong personality and presence with the ability to own and drive the conversation with the customers.

Travel
Travel is occasionally required for this position. Must have a valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.
