Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end technical strategy for customer accounts, from discovery through production deployment and consumption growth.

You will lead architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, and serve as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and Directors. Travel to customers is expected up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, pre‑sales, or a senior hands‑on technical role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding, debugging, and solution building.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture including pipelines and lakehouse patterns.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience with production deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Own the end-to‑end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real‑time analytics.
