Job summary

McLeod Software in Birmingham, AL seeks an ECS Solutions Architect to align the core software with client business processes, lead BPRs, and guide roadmaps. You will document gaps, craft solutions, and mentor Business Analysts within our SDLC.

You will work with customers and internal teams to produce scope estimates, define user stories, support upgrades, and stay current on product developments to minimize customizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or software-focused field.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical or software-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer consults and produce proper scoping estimates for KTLO modifications.
• Lead BPR activities including on-site interviews and documentation for reports and executive presentations.
• Lead Roadmap duties and assist in Immersion training and conference room pilots.
• Document DOUs for gaps or integrations and assist in executive presentations on-site.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for modifications.
• Review porting lists and provide ballpark estimates to support upgrades.
