Job Summary

The Inside Solution Architect-Configuration Services supports Account Managers by assisting with the sale of Configuration Center solutions. The role involves building relationships, educating Account Managers on technologies, resources, and pricing, and developing strategic relationships with sales management to grow the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing Configuration Center solutions for primary technology products and services.
• Training Account Managers on Configuration Services.
• Explaining features, benefits, and technical specifications of products and solutions.
• Researching new technologies and creating process documents.
• Sharing knowledge with team members.
• Managing customer-facing documentation and activities.
• Supporting marketing material development.
• Responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and updating documentation.
• Tracking sales leads, producing quotes, and managing sales pipeline.
• Acting as a consulting resource for sales and technical staff.
• Discussing solutions and exploring sales opportunities with customers.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or two years of relevant experience.
• 2 years pre-sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in selling technology solutions and services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus; relevant certifications are a plus.
