The anticipated salary range for this role is between $85,000.00and $170,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC MANUBANK offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

The MarTech Engineer plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organization’s marketing and advertising technology stack. This includes integrating platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze), Google Marketing Platform tools (e.g., CM360, SA360), social media marketing tools (e.g., Sprinklr), site personalization tools, real-time offer management tools, and customer experience management (CXM) platforms. The role also involves designing and managing site analytics and digital experience platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Medallia, Google Tag Manager), as well as customer data platforms (CDPs) to support marketing initiatives.
The engineer ensures the seamless operation of these tools to enhance marketing efficiency, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. This role combines technical expertise with marketing acumen to drive customer engagement and operational excellence across both online and offline channels.
As a hands-on role, the expectation is that the individual can work independently to design, develop, and deploy the MarTech orchestration layer—using APIs, webhooks, streaming events, or batch processes—to integrate marketing and advertising platforms with our digital channels and data cloud platforms.
