Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications using low-code platforms and cloud technologies. The candidate will translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions, with architecture ownership across Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, OutSystems, Azure, and AWS.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with architecture governance, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture, from discovery and feasibility assessment through implementation, deployment, and production readiness.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, integration specifications, data models, and deployment architectures.
• Evaluate when to use Power Apps, OutSystems, or custom cloud services, considering platform capabilities, licensing, operational costs, and maintainability.
• Define API and event-driven integration patterns connecting low-code applications, cloud services, enterprise systems, and external platforms.
• Establish non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Define environment strategies, application lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and release controls.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, resolve technical risks, and guide teams through complex implementation challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to agree scope and communicate technical decisions.
• Mentor developers and technical leads, promoting reusable patterns and engineering standards.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including substantial responsibility for solution architecture and enterprise application delivery.
• Atleast 5 Years experience in MS Power Apps and Outsystems solution implementation
• Demonstrated experience leading complex implementations across multiple teams and technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, integration patterns, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to produce architecture diagrams, design documents, architecture decision records, estimates, and technical roadmaps.
• Experience in AI first Software Engineering methodologies and implementation of Agentic AI solutions

Architecture and Technical Leadership

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including substantial responsibility for solution architecture and enterprise application delivery.
• Atleast 5 Years experience in MS Power Apps and Outsystems solution implementation
• Demonstrated experience leading complex implementations across multiple teams and technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, integration patterns, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to produce architecture diagrams, design documents, architecture decision records, estimates, and technical roadmaps.
• Experience in AI first Software Engineering methodologies and implementation of Agentic AI solutions

Engineering and Delivery

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience delivering solutions through Agile methods and supporting production operations.

Stakeholder and Leadership Skills

• Communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Lead requirements workshops and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Explain risks, dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.
• Guide distributed delivery teams and maintain technical accountability.
• Balance delivery timelines with security, operational needs, and long-term maintainability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure architecture, AWS architecture, or OutSystems ODC.
• Experience with enterprise modernization and migration from legacy applications.
• Familiarity with hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
