Ledelsea seeks a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Software Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of a modern, scalable Power Platform solution.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power BI, along with solution architecture, UX design, accessibility, DevOps, and Agile practices. Collaboration with stakeholders and teams is essential for success.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Strong experience with Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Extensive experience with Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience working with data from multiple sources, formats, and structures.
• Experience mentoring and guiding other developers.
• Experience working with Agile/Product development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of UX and people-centric design principles.
• Experience supporting multilingual applications.
• Experience with ADA and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Experience developing automated build and deployment processes; DevOps/CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and technical design of Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Develop business processes and automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Design and implement Power Pages solutions.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and data structures.
• Work with datasets from multiple sources and formats.
• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and tech teams.
• Mentor and guide Power Platform developers.
• Establish development standards, reusable components, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Product ceremonies.
• Design user-friendly, multilingual experiences.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance.
• Develop automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Apply DevOps/CI/CD principles to Power Platform development.
• Work with Azure DevOps for source control and release management.
• Identify risks and provide scalability, performance, security guidance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Software Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of a modern, scalable Power Platform solution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power BI, along with strong experience in solution architecture, UX design, accessibility, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, define the overall solution architecture, guide development, and ensure the application meets scalability, usability, accessibility, and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical design of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop Power Apps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Develop business processes and automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Pages.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, data structures, and integrations.
• Work with datasets from multiple sources, formats, and structures.
• Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards.
