Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity – Identity) – Remote, North East USA

We're hiring on behalf of a cutting-edge cybersecurity startup that's redefining identity security for the modern enterprise. Backed by top-tier investors and led by proven industry leaders, our client is looking for a Solutions Architect to help shape their go-to-market (GTM) strategy and win enterprise business across the US.

About the Role:

As one of the first Solutions Architects on the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in both the pre-sales motion and the strategic development of our client’s GTM engine. You'll work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and leadership to translate technical solutions into business value for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the technical pre-sales process from discovery through to close for enterprise prospects
  • Deliver compelling demos, POCs, and architecture workshops
  • Partner with sales leadership on account strategy and deal qualification
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable identity security solutions
  • Influence product roadmap through direct feedback from the field
  • Collaborate on GTM strategy, technical content, and enablement materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Architect / Sales Engineering role, preferably at a high-growth security startup
  • Strong track record of working with early-stage GTM teams in pre-sales and product feedback loops
  • Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Hands-on experience selling to enterprise customers (Fortune 1000)
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across technical and executive stakeholders
  • Located in the US and able to support customers across time zones
