Akkodis is seeking an Agentic AI Solutions Architectfor a full-time direct hire and remote opportunity. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in AI, including AI Agent Development. The AI Solutions Architect will lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions that exhibit high autonomy, adaptiveness, and goal-oriented behaviors.

Salary Range: $140-160K; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

AI Solutions Architectjob responsibilities include:

AI Agent Design and Deployment:

• Develop and refine AI architectures that enable agentic capabilities, focusing on autonomous decision-making and self-improvement mechanisms
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level, scalable full-stack applications that support real-time data analysis and visualization and leverage AI design components.
• Design and implement MLOps processes to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Create human-in-the-loop systems for model training and evaluation across text and image data
• Optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance and scalability

Technology Leadership:

• Lead the collection and analysis of requirements for AI-based solutions, ensuring high availability and performance for data-centric applications.
• Ensure that AI solutions integrate seamlessly with existing software systems, databases, and IT infrastructure, maintaining scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, demonstrate solutions, and enhance agent capabilities.
• Stay current with advancements in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and similar fields to incorporate cutting-edge methods into AI solutions

Performance Reporting and Optimization:

• Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimization for efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
• Generate reports to track AI performance and inform decision-making.
• Document AI processes, models, and outcomes for future reference and knowledge transfer.
• Support documentation efforts for continuity and compliance with organizational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ Years of experience preferred in a relevant AI technical field, with a focus on project involvement and technical expertise.
• Experience in architecting an AI system or related Data system, along with 2-3 years of managing the system and performing optimization, maintenance, upgrades and enhancements.
• Artificial Intelligence Agent Development: proven experience in designing, deploying, and scaling AI Agents tailored to specific use cases.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (CoPilot, Azure Fabric) and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
• Deep understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and adaptive AI systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Data Analysis and SQL: Skilled in SQL and data analysis to drive data driven insights.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
