Position Description
As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing secure and scalable identity management and cybersecurity solutions. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring client environments are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices. You will play a key part in delivering innovative solutions that support client growth, protect sensitive data, and strengthen overall security posture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical needs, and cybersecurity challenges.
- Develop IAM program blueprints and roadmaps that align with frameworks like Zero Trust, NIST, CISA, and IAM best practices.
- Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical conversations with enterprise business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop identity solutions aligned with customer business strategy and goals, focusing on tangible business outcomes and improving security maturity.
- Build custom solutions for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Support deployment and configuration of IAM tools, including MFA, SSO, Lifecycle Management, Governance, and PAM capabilities.
- Implement security controls such as endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
- Ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms, applications, and third-party tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on emerging identity and cybersecurity trends.
- Partner with account teams (sales account executives, client service executives, client services managers) to define robust account strategies, accelerate service offering adoption, and enforce customer success.
- Collaborate across sales, engineering, and support teams for cohesive solution delivery.
- Produce technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational guides.
- Align solutions with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, and ISO 27001.
- Understand compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, and SOX.
- Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies to reduce client risk.
- Monitor and enhance performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed solutions.
- Recommend innovative technologies and upgrades to clients based on industry evolution.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales fields focused on selling and delivering identity solutions to customers.
- 4+ years of hands-on technical consulting experience on customer projects.
- 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support mission critical business systems.
- 2+ years of mobile and/or web development experience.
- Proficiency in identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, Auth0, Sailpoint, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex identity/security issues.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in creating client-facing documentation and reports.
- Proven experience in leading projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, or Platform Specific Certifications are preferred.
- Education: B.S. or M.S, preferably degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
