Position Description

As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing secure and scalable identity management and cybersecurity solutions. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring client environments are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices. You will play a key part in delivering innovative solutions that support client growth, protect sensitive data, and strengthen overall security posture.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, technical needs, and cybersecurity challenges.
  2. Develop IAM program blueprints and roadmaps that align with frameworks like Zero Trust, NIST, CISA, and IAM best practices.
  3. Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical conversations with enterprise business and technical stakeholders.
  4. Develop identity solutions aligned with customer business strategy and goals, focusing on tangible business outcomes and improving security maturity.
  5. Build custom solutions for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  6. Support deployment and configuration of IAM tools, including MFA, SSO, Lifecycle Management, Governance, and PAM capabilities.
  7. Implement security controls such as endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response.
  8. Ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms, applications, and third-party tools.
  9. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on emerging identity and cybersecurity trends.
  10. Partner with account teams (sales account executives, client service executives, client services managers) to define robust account strategies, accelerate service offering adoption, and enforce customer success.
  11. Collaborate across sales, engineering, and support teams for cohesive solution delivery.
  12. Produce technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational guides.
  13. Align solutions with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, and ISO 27001.
  14. Understand compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, and SOX.
  15. Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies to reduce client risk.
  16. Monitor and enhance performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed solutions.
  17. Recommend innovative technologies and upgrades to clients based on industry evolution.

Qualifications

  1. 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales fields focused on selling and delivering identity solutions to customers.
  2. 4+ years of hands-on technical consulting experience on customer projects.
  3. 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support mission critical business systems.
  4. 2+ years of mobile and/or web development experience.
  5. Proficiency in identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra, Okta, Auth0, Sailpoint, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
  6. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection).
  7. Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  8. Familiarity with protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
  9. Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex identity/security issues.
  10. Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  11. Skilled in creating client-facing documentation and reports.
  12. Proven experience in leading projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  13. Professional certifications such as CISSP, or Platform Specific Certifications are preferred.
  14. Education: B.S. or M.S, preferably degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
