Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Solutions Architect for an MSP in NYC, hybrid work arrangement. You will lead architecture discussions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security to design scalable, secure solutions for enterprise clients.

You will partner with Systems Engineers, Project Managers, Service Delivery, and leadership to ensure delivery, own discovery through to implementation, and stay current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• MSP or client-facing technology environment experience.
• Experience as Solutions Architect or similar roles.
• Strong cloud, networking, and security knowledge.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience designing solutions across complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative, client-focused approach with ownership from discovery through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, helping design and implement solutions that align with their business needs.
• Lead architecture and technical discussions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and systems.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions across a range of client environments.
• Work closely with Systems Engineers, Project Managers, Service Delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, from technical teams through to senior leadership.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, documentation, and implementation planning.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve client environments.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in an MSP or other client-facing technology environment
• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, Senior Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience designing and implementing solutions across complex client environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A consultative, client-focused approach with the ability to take ownership of technical solutions from discovery through to delivery
