Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect in California to lead enterprise architecture initiatives. You will design scalable solutions, evaluate platforms, and drive integration across ERP/CRM systems while aligning with cost optimization and security requirements.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in architecture roles, strong cloud, DevOps, and governance experience, and a track record of guiding vendor selections in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in application development, system design, and enterprise integration.
• 4+ years in a Solution Architect or senior application architecture role.
• Strong expertise in ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle Cloud and Salesforce.
• Experience with financial systems and processes in an ERP environment.
• Proficiency in integration platforms like MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud and API design.
• Experience leading platform selection and vendor evaluation processes.
• Knowledge of Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong grasp of application security, compliance frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to design scalable and adaptable solutions and think long-term.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience with financial systems and processes, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, revenue recognition, and financial reporting within an ERP environment.
• Proficiency in integration platforms, such as MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud, and API design.
• Experience leading platform selection and vendor evaluation processes.
• Knowledge of Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure platforms and deployment best practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong grasp of application security, compliance frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to think long-term, anticipate future needs, and design solutions that are scalable and adaptable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or rental industry systems.
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API gateways.
• Hands-on experience with application deployment automation and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals, including networking, hosting, and load balancing.
• Ability to bridge application, security, and infrastructure requirements in solution design.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
