The Martech Solutions Architect is a technically-focused marketer and problem-solver passionate about creating software solutions that integrate marketing and sales technology with process, automation, and data governance to deliver value for DemandLab's clients. This role partners with the client's Marketing and Digital Strategist to design, deliver, and execute client engagements such as nurture programs, scoring models, trigger-based communications, email campaigns, reporting, and analytics.
This client-facing position requires excellent communication and analytical skills to ensure all client expectations and deliverables are met. The architect must understand client goals, document needs, and translate them into comprehensive solutions involving processes and technologies, with clear milestones and timelines.
The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining tactical items that support the client's strategy, considering their technological maturity and resource constraints. The architect applies data analysis techniques, data governance, and integrates third-party data sources to create holistic data systems. Troubleshooting issues like communication timing, data duplication, responsive design, and third-party integrations is also expected.
Qualified candidates should have a solid background in demand generation or marketing operations, with expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, and experience with multiple platforms is a plus.
The team uses various tools including advanced project management and testing platforms. The architect must lead projects within these environments, embodying values of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
