Job summary
Uline is seeking a Business Analyst to lead delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams. You will analyze and document business processes, underlying systems, and applications, and identify improvements to develop best practices.
The role requires translating needs into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes, while coordinating development and testing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
- 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent
- Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams
- Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications
- Identify process and system improvements and develop best practices
- Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes
- Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities
- Support successful project delivery across Uline's growing North American company
