Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Solution Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will partner with business and IT teams to understand needs and shape effective technical solutions.

This role focuses on documenting processes, translating requirements into specifications, coordinating development and testing, and delivering solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development.
• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
• Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
