Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled SaaS implementation analyst to join our team near Trenton, NJ. You will engage customers, gather requirements, and translate them into configured solutions, while leading stakeholder collaboration and designing workflows and integrations using RESTful APIs.

You will create PowerBI dashboards, ensure a strong UX, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. The role supports agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models and emphasizes documentation and

Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS or implementation analyst experience.
• Based within an hour's drive of Trenton, NJ, with travel to state agencies up to twice a week.
• Exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence.

• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently.
