Job summary

The Brothers that just do Gutters in Frisco, TX is seeking an Experience Outside Sales Representative. You will be a Solutionist, the first contact for clients, guiding them through our pledge to ensure an educational, professional experience.

As a full-time role, you will source and close sales, use door-to-door, cold calling, and networking to build a pipeline. Training, advancement, and a company car are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven outside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, ServiceBridge) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and close: develop sales strategies to attract new clients and hit quotas.
• Get the Sale: use door-to-door, cold calling, presentations and networking to generate business.
• Consultative Selling: evaluate client needs and build trust-based relationships.
• Networking: attend weekly events to build a referral network within the territory.
• Pipeline Management: manage leads and client database in the CRM.
• Continuous Learning: attend meetings and trainings to stay updated.
