Solution Technical Marketing Engineer

Job Description:

HPE Aruba Networking is the enterprise networking division of HPE. As a Solution Technical Marketing Engineer, you will develop deep knowledge within a specific solution domain while providing broad expertise across campus, data center, WAN, wireless, switching, and security solutions. Your responsibilities include supporting product definition and design, technical sales, enablement of field and partner resources, and creating technical content that explains how to assemble end-to-end solutions using HPE Aruba Networking products.

How You'll Make Your Mark:
  1. Create solutions collateral for customers and partners. This includes written content, presentations, and videos covering detailed technology implementation guides and high-level explanations.
  2. Analyze and understand HPE Aruba Networking solutions. You should have the technical ability to determine the underlying technologies and architectures used in various enterprise networking solutions. Hands-on experience in configuring network infrastructure, especially in campus switches/routers, WLAN & RF, network security, and SD-WAN, is preferred.
  3. Collaborate with teams. Work with Product Line Management, Technical Marketing Engineers, and Sales to coordinate efforts, identify messaging, and co-create customer solutions. Proven experience in cross-organizational communication is essential.
  4. Present technical information. You will deliver presentations to customers, partners, and field teams. Experience in in-person and virtual presentations, with strong communication skills, is preferred.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • 10+ years of enterprise networking experience.
  • Experience in sales and/or technical marketing roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HPE Aruba Networking products is advantageous.
  • Certifications in networking are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering documents and develop solution models in labs.
  • Innovative mindset with examples of developing new solutions or tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including writing, video narration, and live presentations.
