Position: Solution Manager, SAP ISU FICA Applications

The Solution Manager will oversee and manage US Utility applications used by Customer Service and Meter to Cash processes. This role involves working closely with Business and Digital stakeholders to ensure applications perform well from both functional and technical perspectives, and coordinating requirements aligned with strategic plans and application roadmaps.

Responsibilities include maintaining standards, quality, and performance during application lifecycle management, handling incidents, enhancements, and improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the AES SAP-ISU Applications Manager to ensure sustainability and operation of SAP-ISU applications.
2. Identify opportunities for performance and functionality improvements.
3. Follow best practices for application management and support.
4. Stay updated on industry trends in Customer Service and Meter to Cash technologies.
5. Ensure compliance with Digital Security Policies, including reviewing and approving security access.
6. Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet milestones within scope, time, and cost constraints.
7. Communicate with stakeholders, including business users, Digital teams, and vendors.
8. Manage change requests and document system changes.
9. Oversee daily operations of applications to ensure stability and performance.
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with SAP-ISU solutions preferred.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• Proven experience in stakeholder communication and coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of market trends like Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Mobile, Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to manage technical projects effectively and identify performance improvements.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Genesys is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP frameworks, analytical problem-solving, vendor management, and utility business processes.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
