Role Overview

The Solution Manager, SAP ISU FICA applications will oversee and manage the US Utility applications used by Customer Service and Meter to Cash processes. This role involves working closely with Business and Digital stakeholders to ensure application performance, coordinating requirements, and maintaining standards, quality, and performance during the application lifecycle, including incidents, enhancements, and improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Main liaison with the AES SAP-ISU Applications Manager to ensure the sustainability and operation of SAP-ISU applications.
2. Identify opportunities to improve application performance and functionality.
3. Follow AES best practices for application management and support.
4. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Customer Service and Meter to Cash technologies.
5. Ensure compliance with Digital Security Policies and Procedures, including security access reviews.
6. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress to meet milestones.
7. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including business users, Digital teams, and vendors.
8. Manage change requests and document system changes.
9. Oversee daily operations of applications to ensure stability and performance.
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Position Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience with SAP-ISU solutions preferred.
2. Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Experience in stakeholder coordination and communication.
4. Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical teams.
5. Knowledge of market trends like Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Mobile, Analytics is a plus.
6. Ability to manage technical projects effectively.
7. Experience analyzing SAP ISU systems and processes.
8. Knowledge of Salesforce and Genesys technologies is a plus.
9. Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills.
10. Vendor management and business focus skills.
11. Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
