The Solution Manager, SAP ISU FICA applications will oversee and manage the US Utility applications used by Customer Service and Meter to Cash business processes. This role will work closely with Business and Digital stakeholders to ensure all applications used by these business departments are performing as expected from a functional and technical perspective. It is expected that this role will ensure standards, quality, and performance are incorporated and achieved during the management lifecycle of all applications under its responsibility such as incidents, enhancements, and improvements.
