Based in the United States, this role emphasizes KPI-driven success, documentation, and compliance, with travel up to 20%. You will lead Agile ceremonies in JIRA and drive backlog prioritization to meet client objectives and market demands.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology.
• 2-4 years of experience with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment.
• Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Immunizations and occupational health mandates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery.
• Translate client requests into solution designs and requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver features based on requirements, prototypes, and business objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage requirements in JIRA.
• Support backlog prioritization and adherence to Agile principles.
• Monitor solution success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Communicate current and emerging functionality.
• Maintain solution documentation and support compliance processes.
• Meet with clients and prospects to understand needs and define objectives.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
• Perform other assigned duties.
