Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a healthcare operations, implementation, or support role.
  • Hands-on experience with workflows related to prior authorization, insurance verification, or hospital admissions.
  • Experience working with Epic, particularly modules related to patient access or revenue cycle.

Role Overview

Our Implementation team is committed to creating lasting value for our customers. They advise and guide a wide variety of customers, ensuring each customer launches our platform successfully, adopts it widely, and optimizes the value through our hands-on implementation. The team works closely with customers to understand their business needs and structure deployments to maximize ROI. They serve as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with stakeholders to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and support tailored product deployments.
  2. Assist in delivering Janus Health solutions through design, build, testing, training, and go-live phases.
  3. Support workflows related to prior authorization, insurance verification, and hospital admissions.
  4. Train end users and provide support during and after go-live, especially within Epic environments.
  5. Prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations, demonstrate results and opportunities, and track next steps.
  6. Oversee and participate in testing/QA activities for Janus products.
  7. Identify and escalate risks related to timeline, scope, or adoption.
  8. Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL to monitor and analyze customer data.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to support solution enhancements and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. 2+ years in a healthcare operations, implementation, or support role.
  3. Hands-on experience with workflows related to prior authorization, insurance verification, or hospital admissions.
  4. Experience working with Epic, particularly modules related to patient access or revenue cycle.
  5. Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of SQL or Tableau is a plus.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Familiarity with healthcare payer requirements and revenue cycle processes.
