We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join our Supply Chain and Procurement Technology portfolio team. This is a hands-on leadership role for guiding a team of developers across full stack technologies, React.js, Node.js, Postgress database. This candidate will oversee end-to-end development, coordinate with business partners, EAM platform (Maximo), Cloud infrastructure, enterprise integration, CI/CD teams to deliver and maintain a high-quality product. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in modern web applications, Dev-Ops practices.
What You’ll Do:
Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
Participate in analysis sessions and support business analysts to document application requirements.
Architect and guide the team on AI solutions to support the portfolio
Architect and develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
Design and manage data models and integrations with Postgress database.
Coordinate with cloud infrastructure team to deploy scalable, secure applications using AWS services.
Configure and maintain the CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to ensure secure and stable communication between systems.
Provide support for production environments, including root cause analysis, incident management and change management procedures.
Collaborate with IT security teams to implement IAM and access controls.
Ensure adherence to business continuity and disaster recovery standards and planning.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Familiarity and experience with Agile/Scrum framework.
Hands on experience with AI tools
Proficient in React.js, Node.js and Postgress SQL.
Hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud architecture and services.
Strong experience with CI/CD (GitHub), enterprise integration toolsets, and IAM configurations.
Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Requirements:
AWS certification (Solutions Architect).
Experience with containerization and orchestration concepts.
Utility industry experience preferred.
Understanding of ERP systems (Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and related databases.
