As an SNS Solution Engineer, you would be a key member of a team supporting across US Intelligence Community customers.
Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and maintaining the specific level U.S. government background investigation required for this role. All offers of employment are contingent upon Government approval of your TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
As part of the Salesforce Public Sector business unit, we provide PaaS and SaaS cloud solutions to these customers which meet NIST, FedRAMP, and other applicable standards.
We're looking for exceptional candidates to join the Solution Engineering team. As a Mulesoft Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer, you will provide technical sales partnership to our sales teams and align our solutions to our customers' vision. The MuleSoft Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be an integral part of the success for both our customers and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualification, delivering product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts, delivering technical workshops, and making architectural recommendations. As a hardworking technologist and customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to the business outcomes for the customer.
Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management technology and enterprise selling in a customer‑facing role is highly desirable. Communication and presentation skills are essential. Ability to take complex pieces of technology and describe them in a simple and easy to understand way is essential. If you have these skills, we want to talk to you.
In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $134,750 - $210,910 annually. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $148,190 - $231,980 per year. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
