Job summary

Signant Health seeks a Solution Engineer to collaborate with Sponsors/Customers, Clinical, GPM, and Global Technical Delivery to design clinical trial solutions using Signant’s portfolio. You will analyze protocol requirements, apply eCOA best practices, and translate needs into system requirements within quoted timelines and budgets.

You will ensure feasibility of designs, maintain documentation, and support validation processes throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years as Business Analyst or similar role.
• In-depth SDLC experience and processes.
• Gathering information from multiple sources and crafting it into documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts between stakeholders.
• Desire to develop technical, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written communication and ability to present in meetings.
• Proficiency in Office tools to create clear documentation.
• Team player with ability to work with some guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to translate protocol requirements into design.
• Produce functional requirements documentation from design details.
• Use interviews, document analysis, use cases and workflow analysis to capture requirements.
• Maintain and manage requirements throughout the SDLC and validate documents.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and identify risks to implementable solutions.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in implementations.
• Liaise with Localization to develop translated versions of master questionnaires.
• May configure applications as needed.
• Support SDLC and validation documents and facilitate document reviews.
