Job summary

Arnata is hiring a Solution Engineer to translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions and lead technical discovery for new customers. You will collaborate with real-world logistics partners to design implementation plans, address integration gaps, and ensure AI delivers tangible value quickly.

You will work across engineering, product, and customer success to resolve integration challenges and build tools or adapters as needed, accelerating adoption and outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations.
• Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with APIs, scripting, and system-to-system integration.
• Strong writing and customer communication skills.
