Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Solution Engineer to join its Services Delivery team in Charlotte, NC. You will implement Intapp solutions in client environments, develop integrations with Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and SQL Server, and translate business needs into scalable configurations.

• 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including writing, interpreting, and troubleshooting complex queries across relational structures.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and system integration patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C#).
• Working knowledge of RegEx for parsing and transforming data.
• Familiarity with Boomi or comparable integration platforms.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Position Overview

The Solution Engineer plays a critical role within Intapp's Services Delivery team, focused on the implementation of Intapp solutions within client environments. This role combines strong technical integration skills with a deep understanding of client business needs, ensuring that solutions are configured, deployed, and supported effectively. Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise systems such as billing, HR, CRM, DMS, or telephony.
• Experience with Microsoft IIS, Exchange, or similar operational infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Intapp solutions.
• Boomi Associate Developer Certification.
• Experience using issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Prior experience delivering client onboarding sessions or administrative training.
