Job summary

INTEGRATION APPLIANCE is seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Compliance Professional Services team in Charlotte, NC. You will lead functional workstreams on enterprise Intapp software implementations, aligning business goals with software design and configuration to deliver measurable value.

As a trusted advisor, you will train customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive successful outcomes across the client journey, from analysis to deployment and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Risk/Compliance analyst, business analyst, or consultant.
• 3+ years supporting Operations/Finance at professional firms.
• 2+ years of experience with Intapp Conflicts or other conflicts software a plus.
• Organized and flexible independent professional who can switch between multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative.

• Support the project Technical Lead in the implementation of the customer's design.

The Principal Consultant participates as a member of the Compliance Professional Services team to fulfill the Intapp brand promise and delight customers by providing enterprise consulting services through product implementation, services designed to realize value, align business and strategic goals, and support strategic development of the customer.

What you will do:

• Participate as Functional Lead of a project team during the product implementation.
• Conduct business process analysis, evaluation, and design efforts to develop a solution that aligns the customer's operational and strategic goals and resolves challenges through the implementation, development, and configuration of Intapp software.
• Produce organized, detailed, and easily consumed design documentation that captures and conveys the design, development, and configuration of Intapp software.
• Support the project Technical Lead in the implementation of the customer's design.
• Deliver product training to customers on the developed and configured solution(s).
• Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the customer.
• Support other Intapp operations such as Support, Solution Advisory, Product, and more.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Risk/Compliance analyst, business analyst, or consultant.
• 3+ years of experience in a practice management or IT role supporting Operations and/or Finance business activities at professional firms.
• 2+ years of experience with Intapp Conflicts or other conflicts process software a plus.
• Organized and disciplined yet flexible independent professional with a strong ability to task switch and manage multiple projects.
• Emotionally intelligent, with strong active listening skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable and collaborative.
• Demonstrated maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environments.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Objective and goal-oriented professional who is capable of achieving targets.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
