Star Storage is seeking a Solution Consultant to join the presales team within Digital Business Solutions. The role involves supporting the sales team with technical qualification, conducting demos, proofs of concept, and preparing technical offers.

You will collaborate with sales to identify opportunities, present to both technical and business audiences, and ensure the IT environment analysis translates into effective solutions for clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide necessary support for the sales team to promote the Digital Business Solutions offer.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and technically qualify business opportunities.
• Support the sales activity at the client’s headquarter by delivering demos, proofs of concept and technical offers.
• Meet the financial and operational objectives set at the beginning of the year.
• Offer technical consultancy to clients.
• Prepare questionnaires to analyze the client’s IT environment and understand needs.
• Prepare and sustain solution presentations and demos with consultancy and products teams.
• Prepare technical offers as responses to client requests or bidding tender books.
• Prepare solution budgets as responses to sales department or client requests.

The Solution Consultant is part of presales consultants team, within Digital Business Solutions division. He is responsible for ensuring the necessary support for the sales team, in order to identify and technically qualify sales opportunities, supports the sales cycle by doing qualifying & clarification sessions, demos, proofs of concept, technical presentations, and building technical offers.

Role:

• Ensuring the necessary support for the sales team in promoting the Digital Business Solutions offer;
• Collaborating with the sales team in order to identify and technically qualify the business opportunities;
• Supporting the sales activity at the client’s headquarter by sustaining demos (Proof of Concept, Proof of Technology), technical offers and pre-analysis meetings;
• Meeting the financial and operational objectives set at the beginning of the year;
• Offering technical consultancy to the clients;
• Elaborating questionnaires in order to analyze the client’s IT environment, in order to understand in the best way possible the client’s needs and offer the best solutions;
• Preparing and sustaining solution presentations and demos alongside the consultancy and products teams;
• Prepares the technical offers as an answer to clients’ requests or bidding tender books;
• Prepares solution budgets as an answer to the sales department or clients requests.
