Note: This is a full-time hybrid role, candidate ideally based in DC area
Clearance: Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred but not required. Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance.

The primary function of a Solution Consultant is to represent Subject Matter Expertise in the IFS Commercial Off the Shelf Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) software solution and associated technologies, to deliver high quality, value driven solutions, presentations, and messaging of the IFS MRO capabilities in support of the customers objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Participate in internal and customer/prospect facing product presentations and demonstrations.
· Facilitate and document prospect and customer discovery sessions to uncover business processes and functional requirements.
· Provide answers to technical questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP).
· Gain the knowledge of specific IFS products and services to support technical qualification of sales opportunities.
· Support and build custom demonstrations aligned with customers’/prospect key business initiatives.
· Maintain a high degree of knowledge of all products and services including roadmaps and regular liaison with IFS
· Understand and demonstrate the key metrics, KPI’s and business drivers for the IFS Aerospace and Defense MRO/EAM solution
· Assist with the scoping of sales and implementation engagements, ensuring a smooth hand off to the delivery team
· Work with delivery team during implementation phase to ensure key customer objectives are met.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, equivalent professional qualifications, or appropriate experience
· Deep experience of IFS suite, solution development, presenting software applications and business process mapping at a senior level
· A comprehensive understanding of maintenance repair and overhaul business practices within the A&D industry
· Experience of working with Enterprise Asset Management software or equivalent
· Fluency in English (verbal and written)
· A willingness to travel – US/Domestic as required 25- 40% of the time.

Work Environment & Remote Meeting Expectations: Our work environment operates on a remote/hybrid model, balancing flexibility with the need for in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work in-office on designated days to foster engagement with the team. Outside of these days, employees may telework with supervisor approval, provided they adhere to communication protocols and effectively fulfill their work responsibilities. Travel may be required to customer and subcontractor sites, as well as other office locations.

Salary Range
