This role sits between sales and implementation, making sure what was promised to a prospect is clearly passed on and can actually be delivered. A strong candidate has worked in solution consulting, solution architecture or implementation, ideally with accounting or financial software, and can demo a product, gather requirements and scope workflows. Clear explanation across customer facing and technical teams matters more than formal accounting credentials.

The product is an AI native ERP that automates bookkeeping and close work, so demos and scoping must show how that automation fits a customer's real workflows and data.
