The Solution Architect Senior Manager position requires strong Project Management, Storytelling, Problem Solving and Content Mastery experience within the HR space to deliver in a client facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements.

+ Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects.

+ Creates and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.

+ Coordinates the implementation of solutions and assist in change management efforts.

+ Utilizes industry expertise to guide decision-making processes.

Here's What You'll Need:

+ Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Case Development / Business Modeling (Managing budgets, costs, P/L, etc)

+ A minimum of 8 years of experience with HR / Recruiting experience (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Performance Achievement, Onboarding / Offboarding, etc)

+ Minimum 8 years of experience with Project Management / Program Management in a client facing capacity

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ Proficiency in Value Architecture & Realization.

+ Proficiency in Business Design

+ Previous Solution Architecture experience

+ Proficient with MS Office

Professional Skills:

+ Excellent interpersonal communication skills

+ Excellent written communication skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
