The Principal Solutions Architect will drive delivery excellence, ensure customer success, and partner with sales for account expansion. This role involves managing multiple work streams, building executive relationships, and designing scalable data solutions.

This position emphasizes creating value, fostering trust, and strategic influence in data architecture and client engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Architecting scalable, high-performance data solutions aligned with client goals
• Leading data engineering teams to build data platforms and pipelines
• Communicating business value and ROI to stakeholders
• Mentoring team members and staying updated on emerging technologies

Client engagement and account growth:

• Building relationships with stakeholders to align data strategies
• Developing technical approaches and value propositions
• Identifying opportunities for account expansion
• Responding to RFIs and RFPs

Minimum experience required:

• 10+ years designing and implementing data solutions as a hands-on Solutions Architect
• 2+ years of consulting leadership with external clients
• Technical account leadership and collaboration with sales and delivery teams
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, SQL, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience managing teams of Solution Architects and Data Engineers
• Strong communication skills, detailed documentation, and client presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Technical expertise in:

• Core data platforms: Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Databricks
• Data storage and integration technologies: S3, ADLS, HDFS, Kafka, Spark, NiFi, Fivetran, etc.
• Data modeling and methodologies: Kimball, Data Vault, Agile
