Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. in Kansas City, MO seeks a Solution Architect (SAP TPM) to oversee TPM delivery, project enhancements, and end-to-end SAP TPM implementation for North America.

Solution Architect (SAP TPM). Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. Kansas City, Missouri. Responsible for the overall delivery of the SAP services across the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) domain for the Lindt Companies in North America. Lead the delivery of the SAP TPM module for projects and system enhancements, end user support services, system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new functions and features. Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on tasks, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor work progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed for TPM area. Build and maintain strong relationships with users and other stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value. Act as the primary contact for end users and other stakeholders on delivery in TPM domain. Communicate regularly with various stakeholders and with internal team to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement in TPM area. Define technical and functional standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements as well as best practices. Lead requirements definition and convert requirements into program specifications and necessary system documentation. Configure and implement SAP modules based on business requirements including CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CBP (Customer Business Planning), TPM, and BW (Business Warehouse). Execute and lead testing process (unit and integration test). Aid in the management of third-party vendors. Provide support to management regarding strategy and roadmap planning.
Salary: $148,495.
