Job summary

Tabs, a leading AI-native revenue platform, is seeking a Solution Architect in New York to design complex customer workflows and platform extensions. You will map customer requirements to data models, APIs, and integration points across ERPs, CRMs, billing, tax engines, and other systems in the customer stack.

You will partner with Product Delivery, Implementation, and Engineering to shape the solution, ensure feasibility, and drive reusable patterns that scale with our product.

Qualifications

• Experience designing customer-facing solutions and APIs.
• Ability to map requirements to data models, integrations, and workflows.
• Strong systems thinker with data-flow and dependency awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for complex customer builds across ERPs, CRMs, billing, tax engines, and other systems.
• Scope conversations with sales, implementation, and customer success to assess feasibility and avoid scope creep.
• Define and evolve integration patterns to create reusable playbooks and templated approaches.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface gaps and influence roadmaps for new API/platform capabilities.
• Guide execution with delivery teams, review approaches, and unblock design decisions on hard problems.
• Investigate customer environments and third-party systems to validate designs and de-risk approaches.
• Document patterns, anti-patterns, and lessons learned to accelerate future work.
