Job summary

Tabs is a leading AI-native revenue platform enabling contract-to-cash workflows for finance teams. We design and deliver custom integrations, APIs, and platform extensions for high-value customers from the New York headquarters.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap, turning bespoke work into reusable capabilities, and ensure successful delivery across complex ERP/CRM stacks.

Qualifications

• Experience designing solutions for customer integrations across ERPs, CRMs, billing, and tax.
• Strong API fluency and ability to map requirements to data models.
• Proven track record influencing product and engineering priorities.
• Experience in solutions architecture or implementation engineering.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Eng, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for complex customer builds across data models and integrations.
• Scope feasibility with sales and delivery teams to manage complexity.
• Evolve integration patterns to reusable playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Guide project execution with delivery teams and unblock decisions.
• Diagnose issues in customer environments and validate designs.
