The Role:

• Perform and provide a readiness assessment for an in-house system build using Microsoft Tools.
• Conduct a Readiness Assessment to evaluate the agency's preparedness to design, build, and maintain a secure, robust, and moderately complex application in-house.
• Analyze the capabilities of the IT department, including staffing, architecture, platform, development approach, and governance processes, to identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Deliver findings, recommendations, and a roadmap to ensure successful in-house development.
• Include considerations such as approach, platform, structure, architecture, and related factors.
