Job summary

远东股份 Far East Smart Energy is seeking a qualified Solution Engineer based in California, Missouri. This role involves engaging with leading North American customers like NVIDIA and Google to understand their requirements and design end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical roles related to AI servers and liquid cooling technologies, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Marketing or Customer Engineering.
• Solid understanding of AI server architecture, GPU platforms, rack-level systems, and liquid cooling technologies.
• Experience supporting global technology companies or large enterprise customers.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic North American customers, including NVIDIA, Intel, Google, AMD, Amazon (AWS), Microsoft and other hyperscalers, to understand requirements and develop end-to-end solution architectures.
• Engage customers to understand business requirements, application scenarios, technical architectures and product roadmaps, translating customer needs into competitive technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end server and liquid cooling solutions, including system architecture, product configuration, thermal solution selection, system integration and implementation plans.
• Lead technical discussions, solution presentations, design reviews and customer workshops throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with Product Management, R&D, Mechanical, Thermal, Manufacturing and Program Management teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence, providing input to product planning and technology roadmap development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Marketing or Customer Engineering within AI servers, data centers or liquid cooling industries.
• Solid understanding of AI server architecture, GPU platforms, rack-level systems and liquid cooling technologies.
• Experience supporting global technology companies, hyperscalers or large enterprise customers is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in North America and engineering teams in China.
• Willingness to travel within North America and internationally as required.
