Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, is seeking a Solution Analyst - Business Intelligence to drive impactful data solutions across the organization. You will partner with business and IT teams to understand needs, design scalable data models and improve data accessibility.

In this role you will contribute to data warehousing, reporting capabilities, and decision-making through strong SQL and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, solution analysis, data warehousing or similar.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling and analytical concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL; Power BI and data integration knowledge a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
